I found the hotel's location favourable, really close to like 15-20 restaurants and bars and TO THE ATTRACTION LIS LAS OLAS BLVD THE BOATYARD RESTAURANT SHOPS CAFE. Thoroughly enjoyed my rooms with balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly yet not intrusive;)))

The room at Courtyard By Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown was super cozy and clean, and the sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfy! Being a family with kids, this was a big win for us.

The paper coffee cups didn't do justice to our drinks, but that's just my personal taste preference.

The room had a cozy bed, central heating, a safe box, and a TV with various channels, the spacious bathroom included a nice tub.

The hotel is fairly clean and brand-new. I loved the modern rooms and the friendly staff. the location is particularly good, near the sea in a very nice area. It's also just 1 mile from Las Olas.

The gym and rooftop pool were great. the hotel's location was also convenient since it was close to restaurants and stores.

The breakfast was not worth the cost. the small portions took a long time to come out.

The complementary breakfast was healthy and fast and the restaurant had excellent service. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight of the stay, with a stunning view of the cityscape and a relaxing atmosphere. we appreciated the clean and well-kept gym facility.

the location was somewhat inconvenient, especially for those who wanted to stay closer to the beach. Lastly, the pool hours were too short, as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to swim while enjoying the night skyline.
